The University Avenue Project 
(2007 - 2010)

Ten years after Lake Street USA, Wing, in collaboration with Public Art Saint Paul, created another six-mile public installation along University Avenue in St. Paul, with 500 photographs exhibited in store windows and on buildings the size of billboards. This thoroughfare of independent businesses, big box retailers, blue-collar neighborhoods, and burgeoning condominium communities, amidst one of the highest concentrations of international immigrants in the country, collectively mirrors the colliding and evolving American experience.
